LOGIN HELP
Having trouble logging into your Triune Client Portal?
Follow the below instructions (or watch the video) to get logged in!
If you have NOT yet set up your login credentials:
Once you’ve reached the Client Portal login page, click “Create Login”
Enter your preferred User Name
Enter your Social Security Number
If you have opened a Joint brokerage account, the SSN for the account owner whose name was listed on the application should be used
Enter any one of your Triune-managed account numbers.
Click the “I’m not a robot” box
Click the “Create Login” button
If you receive a message saying there is no email setup for this Client, please contact our office to make sure we have your preferred email on file
Once your User Name is created, you’ll receive an email with a link to set up a password
The subject line of the email should read “Password Reset Request” – note that the link in the email with expire in 15 minutes
Type in your preferred password
You must include both an upper case letter and a lower case letter, as well as a number or special character – your password must be 10 or more characters
Now you’ll be returned to the login page. Click “login” and enter your newly created credentials
A security code will be sent via email or text; click the “Verify” button
Accept the Terms of Service by scrolling to the end of the terms and clicking the “Accept” button
If you have forgotten your password:
If you forget your password, you can enter your User Name on the login screen, then click on the “Forgot password?” link when prompted to enter your password. You should then receive an email to create a new password. (if you do not receive an email to reset your password, you can contact our office, and we can reset it for you).
