Jim puts his 40+ years of experience in the industry to work leading Triune’s professional, objective and high-achieving advisors. Jim values successful client relationships and loves helping young advisors thrive. As he builds the next generation of Triune team members, he looks for people who are achievement motivated, independent, enterprising, and seeking a call, not just a job.

Jim is a graduate of Rockhurst High School and the University of Kansas and has been married to his college sweetheart, Tina, since 1977. They have three beautiful adult Jayhawk daughters, two fine sons-in-law, and four special grandchildren who reside in the Kansas City area. In addition to Radiant Church, Jim and Tina have a deep fondness for The Global Orphan Project, Advice & Aid Pregnancy Center and City Union Mission.
