Triune Financial Partners’ Response to COVID-19

We want to let you know what Triune Financial Partners (“Triune”) is doing to ensure the health and safety of our clients and our team.

In an effort to uphold our fiduciary responsibility to our clients, Triune has adopted policies and procedures for business continuity in the event of a significant disruption to normal business operations. This could mean everything from a fire in our facility to a pandemic. Our priorities are to keep our team and clients safe and to maintain our business operations and client service, all while protecting the integrity of your information and accounts.

As part of Triune’s business continuity plan, we are prepared, should the need arise, to shift into a remote workforce while continuing to serve our clients. Our core services and operating systems are available for secure access to all Triune personnel who would be working offsite. Currently, most Triune employees are back working in our office, though some are working remotely. We anticipate this will continue for the foreseeable future.

We want you to know that:

1.     Triune will comply with local and state guidelines. This includes wearing masks inside the common areas of our building as well as Triune’s lobby and conference rooms.

2.     Virtual meetings with clients will remain our norm for the time being. However, we are willing and able to meet you in person if you prefer. Per Kansas Executive Order 20-52, masks will be required for in-person meetings at our office.

3.     Triune will regularly clean all common areas in our office as well as provide hand sanitizer. The Lighton Plaza building complex is also committed to enhanced cleaning measures.

4.     The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) issues regular mandates on travel-related quarantines. Triune requires its employees to follow these orders. We ask that you do the same and request a virtual meeting if you have traveled to a location that is on the travel-related quarantine list on the KDHE website.

At this time, we are not disrupting our normal operations; Triune intends to operate and serve you, our valued clients, as normal. Should that change in any way, we would communicate with you via email and post a notice on www.triunefp.com.

If you have any questions about our preparedness, please call (913) 825-6100 or email mnanez@triunefp.com.
